Own the end-to-end social media operation across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This is a systems-driven role: you'll build content calendars, configure scheduling automation, track engagement analytics, and optimise posting cadence based on performance data—all while maintaining brand consistency at scale.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-platform content calendars with optimised posting schedules
Configure and manage social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
Build and maintain brand identity guidelines for social media tone, visuals, and messaging
Track and report on engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and follower growth by platform
Implement social listening workflows to monitor brand mentions and industry conversations
A/B test content formats, captions, hashtags, and posting times to optimise engagement
Coordinate with design team on asset creation, ensuring platform-specific optimisation
Manage community engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and mentions within SLA
Configure UTM parameters for all social links and track traffic attribution in analytics
Build automated reporting dashboards for weekly/monthly social performance reviews

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing B2B or SaaS social media accounts at scale
Expert-level proficiency with social media management platforms and native analytics
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, optimal posting times, and content formats
Experience with social analytics tools and performance reporting
Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone across platforms
Knowledge of social media advertising and boosted post strategies
Understanding of brand identity systems and visual consistency requirements
Ability to work autonomously and manage content pipelines independently

Experience with video content creation and editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Knowledge of influencer outreach and partnership strategies
