Elevate Wiktis to enterprise-grade visual polish. We're looking for a designer who operates in the top percentile—someone who can craft the micro-interactions, motion systems, and visual language that separates category leaders like Linear, Vercel, and ClickUp from everyone else. You'll own the entire visual layer: UI component aesthetics, animation choreography, brand illustration systems, and the motion design language that makes complex software feel effortless.

Responsibilities:

Design and refine UI components with obsessive attention to spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
Create motion design systems: easing curves, duration tokens, choreographed transitions, and loading states
Build micro-interaction patterns that provide haptic-like feedback and delight (hover states, button presses, form validations)
Develop brand illustration systems—iconography, empty states, onboarding graphics, and visual metaphors
Design high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with production-ready animation specs (using Smart Animate, Protopie, or Principle)
Collaborate with engineers to implement animations using Framer Motion, Lottie, or CSS keyframes
Create visual assets for marketing: hero sections, product screenshots, social media templates, and presentation decks
Maintain and evolve the design system with meticulous documentation and component specs
Conduct visual QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across breakpoints
Set the bar for visual craft that signals enterprise credibility to prospects

Qualifications:

Portfolio demonstrating enterprise-grade SaaS UI work (think Linear, Notion, Figma, Stripe, Vercel aesthetic)
Expert proficiency in Figma: auto-layout, variants, component properties, and design tokens
Deep understanding of motion design principles: easing functions, stagger timing, spring physics, and animation choreography
Mastery of visual design fundamentals: typography scales, colour systems, spacing grids, and visual hierarchy
Experience creating Lottie animations, SVG animations, or After Effects compositions for web
Strong grasp of design systems architecture: token naming, component taxonomy, and documentation standards
Ability to translate abstract product concepts into clear visual metaphors and illustrations
Understanding of frontend constraints: what's achievable in CSS, what requires JavaScript, what kills performance

Nice to Have:

Experience with 3D design tools (Spline, Blender) for hero visuals or product illustrations
Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or creative coding for interactive experiences
Background in brand identity design, logo systems, or visual storytelling
Experience producing animated explainer videos or product demo sequences
Familiarity with Rive for interactive, state-based animations
Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards for motion (prefers-reduced-motion)
Awards or recognition in design (Awwwards, Dribbble features, design publications)
