Responsibilities:

Act as the voice of the organiser within product development cycles
Conduct customer discovery interviews and synthesise feedback into actionable product insights
Develop and maintain customer journey maps, identifying friction points and opportunities
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritise feature development based on organiser needs
Create and refine onboarding flows, knowledge base content, and in-app guidance
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn signals
Build relationships with key accounts to gather deep product feedback
Document organiser workflows, pain points, and success patterns for internal teams
Support customer success initiatives with your industry expertise and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an exhibition coordinator, convention planner, or trade show organiser
Deep understanding of exhibition operations, exhibitor management, and event logistics
Excellent communication skills—able to translate industry jargon into product requirements
Customer-centric mindset with passion for improving user experiences
Ability to synthesise qualitative feedback into quantitative product insights
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with SaaS platforms and willingness to become a product expert

Nice to Have:

Experience in customer success, customer experience, or product management roles
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar)
Background in B2B SaaS customer development or user research
Knowledge of NPS, CSAT, and customer health scoring methodologies
Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
Understanding of product-led growth principles
