Own the technical infrastructure of our growth engine. Build attribution systems, configure UTM taxonomies, set up conversion tracking pipelines, and instrument every touchpoint from first click to closed deal. This is a hands-on, data-obsessed role for marketers who think in funnels, cohorts, and CAC:LTV ratios.

Responsibilities:

Architect and maintain UTM taxonomy across all paid, organic, and referral channels
Configure Google Tag Manager containers, conversion pixels, and server-side tracking
Build and maintain attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) in analytics platforms
Set up webhook integrations between ad platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks with statistical rigor
Create automated reporting dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion rates
Implement event tracking schemas and validate data quality across the marketing stack
Optimise paid acquisition campaigns based on unit economics and cohort performance
Configure lookalike audiences, retargeting segments, and custom conversion events
Document marketing data flows and maintain data dictionaries

Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
Hands-on experience configuring Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads conversion tracking
Strong understanding of UTM parameters, campaign naming conventions, and attribution windows
Experience with webhook integrations, Zapier/Make, or custom API connections
Proficiency in SQL for marketing analytics and cohort analysis
Understanding of statistical significance, confidence intervals, and experiment design
Experience building multi-touch attribution models
Knowledge of GDPR, cookie consent, and privacy-compliant tracking methods

Nice to Have:

Experience with CDPs (Segment, RudderStack) or reverse ETL tools
Familiarity with dbt, BigQuery, or Snowflake for marketing data modelling
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io)
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog)
Background in B2B SaaS growth marketing
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint
